At BIRÁGE, each piece is made to order with care and precision. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or ordering the incorrect device or style.

Refunds & Replacements

We stand behind the quality of every BIRÁGE piece. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

To request a refund or replacement:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at biragecases@gmail.com

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging

3. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

• All made-to-order items (including all BIRÁGE cases and covers)

• Gift cards

• Sale or promotional items

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 10 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations may no longer be possible.
